Starter prompt
Before you start
Attach the notes, documents, spreadsheets, or deck you already have. Explain the audience, purpose, and what should stay unchanged.
Include a reference template if you have one. Otherwise, ask EvoX to suggest a structure and style. File creation requires presentation support in your environment; see Skills & Plugins for ways to extend it.
What to expect
EvoX organizes the material into slides and revises them using your feedback. You can approve an outline first or provide an existing deck and ask for changes to specific pages.
Here is an example conversation:
Use the project brief and review notes to prepare a presentation for Monday's leadership meeting. Focus on the recommendation, supporting evidence, and decisions needed. Keep the source figures and include speaker notes.
The presentation is organized around context, recommendations, evidence, and decisions. Layout has been checked, and information missing from the source is flagged for review.
Make the opening more visual and keep only the decisions needed on the final slide. Preserve the other slides and their style.
The opening and decision slide have been revised, with matching updates to the speaker notes. The other slides are unchanged.
Open the actual file after delivery. Check that it suits the audience, preserves source figures, and is readable on every slide.
