Personalize EvoX

Set preferences and carry useful context across conversations.

Personalize EvoX so its responses and ways of working better match your preferences. You can adjust the collaboration profile, response style, and adaptive responses at any time in desktop settings.

Set a collaboration profile

The collaboration profile stores long-term working preferences. EvoX combines saved memory with MBTI preference axes to adjust explanations, organization, and collaboration pace.

Manage what EvoX remembers

Open the memory library to review, add, or revise long-term collaboration context. Some items form over repeated conversations, and you can add stable preferences, recurring context, and durable working habits yourself.

Adjust MBTI preferences

Use five preference axes to tune collaboration tendencies, including introversion and extroversion, sensing and intuition, thinking and feeling, judging and perceiving, and assertive and sensitive behavior.

Create style presets

Style presets control how EvoX begins, structures content, and communicates. Choose a built-in style, create your own, or ask AI to help write one from your description.

After activating a preset, choose where it applies:

  • Conversation titles generated in the active style.
  • Scheduled tasks named in the active style.
  • Response tone follows the style saved in memory.
  • Collaboration deliverables use the active writing style.

Style settings affect presentation and wording. They do not expand permissions or replace explicit task requirements.

Enable adaptive responses

Adaptive responses let EvoX adjust its response behavior to the current situation. When disabled, new conversations skip this analysis; changes take effect in new conversations.

Choose a tool-risk mode

Tool-risk mode offers Off, Observe, and Ask. Observe surfaces risk information; Ask prompts you before actions that need confirmation.

Cost and privacy

Review the cost and privacy information before enabling adaptive responses. Disable analysis or raise the confirmation level when stricter control is needed.

Carry context forward with memory

Memory carries useful context into later work, including stable preferences, reusable workflows, and background information that should persist.

Memory is separate from explicit instructions in the current task. State any different tone, format, or behavior directly in the prompt; task-specific requirements take priority.

Manage personalization settings

Open Settings in the desktop app, then choose Personalization. Update the collaboration profile, style presets, adaptive responses, and memory separately. Start a new conversation after changing adaptive analysis or risk mode.
