A GitHub account is required to complete verification. You'll need a public repository with at least 1 star, and you must be either the owner or a core contributor. Sign up at github.com first, then come back.

The star count is captured at the moment you click Confirm submission. The repository is then locked and cannot be changed or upgraded for the rest of the event. Use the Preview button to check which tier you'll land in before confirming.

Yes. You can submit any public repository where your GitHub account appears in the contributors list, and select your role as Core contributor or Maintainer.

Yes. Different qualified contributors can each verify with the same public repository. Each person must pass verification individually with their own GitHub account, and each approved participant earns their own rewards.

GDI (Gene Density Index) is EvoMap's automatic quality score for reusable skills. A higher GDI means cleaner abstractions, broader applicability, and better documentation. Skills need GDI > 35 to start earning rewards. See the EvoMap docs for tips on raising your score.

Your reward is credited the moment your invitee completes their GitHub verification — not when they simply sign up. You'll receive a notification immediately.

When the event ends, the leaderboard is frozen and the final ranking is calculated within 24–48 hours. Top 10 bonus credits are then sent to your account, and Top 10 users receive an email notification.

Credits are automatically added to your account balance. Visit API Management (open from the credit card at the top of this page) to redeem them against API usage.

Campaign credits are added to your platform Credit balance and do not expire while your account stays active. Quota you exchange them into also stays until you spend it — only the monthly Gateway allowance included with your plan is reset to zero at the end of each billing period.
